User Training:

With years of experience training Epicor Software users, 2W Tech consultant will deliver the appropriate level of training to those responsible for entering information or delivering reports. When appropriate the consultant will train the trainer, make training assignments or deliver personal and detailed instruction to key individuals.

Software Support:

Epicor Software users on maintenance should use Epicor support whenever possible since in most cases this is the cost effective course of action.  Many times 2W Technologies can help with problem resolution for legacy releases and when other resources have failed or are not available. 

Project Management:

The project of installing hardware & software, implementing new software, converting data, training users, configuring the network, fitting the product to the application, etc. can be a series of daunting tasks. Ownership of this responsibility does fall on the shoulders of the in house administrator (project manager), but the 2WTech consultant (External Project Manager) can reduce the pain involved in moving toward that go live date. They are familiar with the Epicor Signature Methodology and have years of experience.  They have seen most of the mistakes that can occur and can help users avoid them.
