Under this contract the customer pays a reduced hourly rate for system maintenance, a savings of up to 30% based 4 hours per month for 6 months. Savings will be less when fewer hours are purchased. Most of this work can be done remotely, and will have little or no impact on daily operations. Work stations as well as servers can now be accessed remotely using encrypted commands. The customer receives a status report after the maintenance is performed stating what was done, the number of hours it took, and recommendations for additional corrective actions.

The customer pre-pays for a block of time during the contract period. Most contracts are for 6 months. An ITM contract can be for any number of hours. System maintenance will be performed periodically during the contract period. We suggest 4 hours per month. Hours not required for periodic or emergency maintenance can be used for other purposes at the end of each contract period.
